Health Tip # 1 Calcium & Magnesium Pills: Vitamin brands Nature’s Way & Nature Made are some mentioned vitamins that are recommended as a good source of both Calcium & Magnesium. Both are available in many other forms, depending on if you are Lactose intolerent or not, either way these would be a good supplement to milk!
Health Tip # 2 Take chewable antacid pills before you sleep! Basically it is another form of a Calcium and Magnesium such as Tums Chewable Antacid Pills! It will help promote better sleeping and calm you down to help you rest better!
Health Tip # 3 Set your alarm clock 7.5 hours back from your natural clock. Your natural clock is what time you wake up each day without your alarm clock or someone waking you up! The best way to determine your own natural clock is to try going to bed on a night that you do not have to wake up anything in the morning such as work, school, gym, surf, and try to sleep sober, it will help determine you natural clock more accurately. Example: I go to bed every night at 10:30pm and I wake up each morning at 6 am without my alarm clock repeatedly everyday and I do this before my alarm clock ever goes off at 6:15 am. My natural clock is 6 am, what’s yours?
