By comparison, the eldar and necrons are almost outright copies of one another in many respects. Ignoring for a moment whether or not you liked them, you have to admit that the Eldar Craftworlds and T’au Empire codices at least gave a good amount of space to addressing alterations to the ongoing universe.
With ediition editions adding transports and special units Necron mobility should not be underestimated, as such failure regularly catches unwary foes off-guard. Oh, and they aren’t Marines.
They might serve a similar purpose and have elements which show signs of being alike but there is still enough there that a basic description will instantly show they are not the same.
Honestly, the idea is good but I really do hope they do not use a supplement to try eidtion return to the old ideas.
