I decided that I wanted to try training with clubbells, so I rigged up two clubbell handles out of galvanized steel piping, t-ends, caps, clamps, etc. As for assembly safety, I assembled the things with torque from a 3′ pipe wrench – so I’m confident they’re solid. The pipe should be more than durable in the range that I’m looking at for plates, so I’m off to start clubbelling. Now I want to play with them, and see if I like the exercises, exerciss they work well for me, etc.

I’m particularly interested in high-rep clubbell stuff for cardio kinda like kettlebell snatches, I’ve heard certain clubbell drills in high reps at lower weights have an insane cardio benefit.

What’s the best source for clubbell exercises? I am a beginner exercses clubbell-style exercises, so something that caters to that would be fantastic. Any help is always appreciated!
