Geneen Roth explores how overeating may be a substitute for lve. We make decisions based on how we made sense of the wounds and what we did to protect ourselves from being more wounded in that environment.
Roth helps us to understand the real issues of why we turn to food, and to experience the freedom from dieting once and for all. Again the tears came and again I put the food back.
